<p style=\"overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 0px !important; margin-bottom: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important;\">2023年第3批产品质量省级监督抽查共抽查生产领域三相异步电动机产品44批次。

<p style=\"overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 0px !important; margin-bottom: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important;\">本次抽查依据GB/T 14711-2013《中小型旋转电机通用安全要求》、GB/T 1032-2012《三相异步电动机试验方法》、GB/T 1971-2021《旋转电机 线端标志与旋转方向》、GB/T 10068-2020《轴中心高为56 mm 及以上电机的机械振动 振动的测量、评定及限值》、GB/T 10069.1-2006《旋转电机噪声测定方法及限值 第1部分:旋转电机噪声测定方法》、GB 18613-2020《电动机能效限定值及能效等级》、GB/T 28575-2020《YE3系列（IP55）三相异步电动机技术条件（机座号63～355）》、JB/T 13299-2017《YE4系列（IP55）三相异步电动机技术条件（机座号80～450）》等标准要求，对三相异步电动机产品的旋转方向、接线盒及接线装置、接地、引线防护、接线端子、定额试验、热试验、接触电流、绝缘电阻、介电强度试验、机械强度试验、振动的测定、噪声的测定、效率测定等项目进行了检验。

<p style=\"overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 0px !important; margin-bottom: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important;\">本次抽查发现德州大恒电机有限公司、德州凯耀空调设备有限公司、德州市美达空调设备有限公司、德州翔宇电机有限公司、荣成市宏宇电机有限公司、山东荣鑫电机有限公司、山东晟峰电机有限公司等7家生产者生产的7批次产品不符合相关标准的要求，不合格项目为效率测定、接地、热试验、定额试验。
